Roger Leak, 66 transitioned from this earthly life to reward on Monday, December 13, 2021. Roger was born on December 14, 1954, in Anson County, North Carolina to William Allen and Nellie Leak Allen.
Roger was educated in the Anson County Schools. After graduating from Boatman High School he later relocated to High Point, North Carolina where he was employed in various jobs. He was living in Winston-Salem when he retired.
Roger was an outgoing person who loved the outdoors. He enjoyed listening to music and especially enjoyed spending time with his dog, Brownie. “Little Goot”, as he was affectionally known by family and friends, will truly be missed.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers.
He leaves to share fond memories his son, Roger Leak, Jr. ; daughters, Lashunda Leak, Marissa Leak, and Clemmon Mae Leak; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren; sisters, Mary Louise Bell, Bernice Horne, and Emma Jean Leak; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A Memorial Service will be given at 1pm, on Tuesday, December 21, 2021 at the Chapel of Johnson and Sons Funeral Home, 206 Fourth Street, High Point, North Carolina.
