We celebrate the life and memory of Mrs. Mary Lee David Crouch who made her transition peacefully to her heavenly home on Thursday, December 24, 2020. She was born February 18, 1945 to the union of Mary Gillis Spears and John Willie Mack David in McColl, South Carolina.
Mrs. Crouch became a dedicated member of Friendship Missionary Baptist church in 1999 where she served faithfully for many years until her health declined. She was formerly employed as a line worker supervisor at Miller Desk Corporation. In her leisure she enjoyed sewing, doing crossword puzzles, board games and watching daytime television. Most of all she loved spending quality time with her family.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Johnny Lee Spears, John Henry Spears, and John Willie David and one sister, Sarah Evans.
She leaves to cherish a legacy of Joy, Happiness and Love: one son, Timothy Crouch of High Point, NC; five brothers, Walter Spears, Jr, Robert Spears, Nelson David, J.C. David, and Charlie David; two sisters, Betty Jean Spears, and Annie Lee Washington; aunt, Laura Scott; special cousin, Eddie Mae Moore and a host of other relatives and friends.
We thank God for her beautiful life. She will forever be remembered.
A Graveside service will take place on Saturday, January 16th at Guil-Rand Memorial Park, 1550 NC Hwy 62 W, High Point, NC. Public viewing time from 1 to 6pm on Friday at the funeral home.
