Jennie Ruth (Scott) Harris

Ms. Jennie Ruth Scott Harris departed this earthly life on September 22, 2020. She was born March 15, 1951 in Edgecombe County, North Carolina to Catherine Scott.

She was a longtime resident of High Point and was previously employed at Concept Plastic for a number of years.  Jeannie enjoyed spending quality time with her family and friends and held a special place in her heart for her grandchildren and great grandchild.

In additions to her mother, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Validia Scott.

She leaves to cherish fond memories her two sons, Timothy (Carletta) Scott and Andra Harris; grandchildren, Savannah,  Seymone, Sade, Timothy, Jr., Micah, Khyla, Khloe, Andra Jr., Quandre, Stephon, Alyson, Darry, and Tevin; great grandchild, King and a host of other relatives and friends.

A private Memorial Service will be given on Friday, October 2, 2020 at the Chapel of Johnson and Sons Funeral Home, 206 Fourth Street, High Point, North Carolina.
