Emma Jean (Brown) Howell

Mrs. Emma-Jean Brown Howell, formally of Eden, North Carolina, departed this life on September 24, 2023, at the age of 81 in Columbia, Maryland.

She was the daughter of Kenneth C. Brown Sr. and Bessie Pearl Brown.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth C. Brown Sr. and Bessie Pearl Brown; sisters, Virginia Brown Sims and Helen Brown Sims, both of Eden, NC; Annie Brown Duncan and Margaret B White, both of Detroit MI; Barbara Brown Flournoy of Gary, IN; one brother, Kenneth C Brown Jr. of Washington, DC.

A Private Memorial Service will be held. In every effort to protect our families, protective facial coverings are mandatory requirements.
