Annie Jewel (Severson) Gibson

High Point - Mrs. Annie Jewel Severson Gibson, 93, passed away on Wednesday, August 7, 2019 at Wake Forest Baptist Health - High Point Medical Center, High Point, NC.

Annie was born on September 27, 1925 in Early County, Georgia to Mittie Sales Severson and David Severson.  Spending most of her adult life in the High Point area, she was employed in furniture manufacturing.  A women who loved family and her Lord, she was a faithful member of Gethsemane Baptist Church.

A Celebration of Life will be given at 12 noon on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Gethsemane Baptist Church, 401 Wise Street.  The family will receive visitors and friends at the church from 11:00 am to 12 noon and other times at her residence.  Burial will follow at Guilford Memorial Park, Greensboro.
