Annie Belle (Miller) Finch

April 21, 2022

Mrs. Annie Miller Finch transitioned to her heavenly home on Thursday, at her residence.

Annie Belle was educated in the Reidsville Public School system.  She loved to laugh and make others laugh.  She enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  She used to frequently catch the Greyhound and travel from Reidsville to Norfolk to visit Sandra and her family in Virginia.  She loved people and would do anything and give what she could to help anyone in need.  But, nothing made her happier and made her smile bigger than to see Jeff walk through her door.  Although she saw him at least five times every week, she would still say “There’s my baby” every time.  She loved watching Family Feud w/Steve Harvey every night.  When Family Feud went off, she knew it was her bedtime.  In the last couple of years of her life, she looked forward to going to Walmart.  Jeff would push her around the store in her wheelchair and just let her shop until she got tired.  She loved it.

In addition to her parents, Belle was preceded in death by a sister, Lillie Miller and a brother, Fred Miller; sons, Larry Miller and Keith Finch; and a granddaughter, Shaquita Williamson.

She leaves to cherish loving memories, sons Jeffrey Finch and Travis Miller; daughter, Sandra Tyree (James); grandchildren, James Tyree, III (Angelica), Chelsea Parham (Michael), Jamar Miller (Amber), Yolanda Darden (Tremarcus) and Starlena Breeze; great grandchildren, Ryan Jeffrey Williamson, Michael Jr, Cameron, James IV, Tremarcus Jr, Chelsea, Kelsey, C. Jamar Jr., and Javen.  She also leaves a host of other relatives and friends, including special caregivers, Daniel Hockaday and Regina Williamson.

A Service of Love will be given on Tuesday, April 26, 2022, at Cornerstone Christian Center, 516 N Scales St, Reidsville, NC 27320.  The service will begin at 12 noon and family visitation will be from 11:30 to 12 at the church.  Burial will follow at Greenview Cemetery. Public viewing, Monday, April 25th from 2:00pm to 6:00pm at Cornerstone Christian Center.
