Trinity

Sarah Lee Gannaway, 80, of Trinity died on Monday, April 3, 2017 .  Sarah was born on October 31, 1936 to Levi Gannaway and Elizabeth Turner Gannaway in Randolph County.  She attended William Penn High School and worshiped faithfully at First Baptist Church of Trinity.  She loved visiting other churches and attended Sunday School and Bible Study regularly.  She also enjoyed shopping.

Sarah was preceded in death by her parents Levi and Elizabeth Gannaway.  She is survived by her brother, Willard Gannaway of Trinity, North Carolina, along with other relatives and treasured friends.

A funeral service will be 1:30 p.m., Sunday, April 9, 2017 at First Baptist Church of Trinity, 12504 Trinity Road.  Burial will follow at Oakwood Memorial Park, High Point.  The family will receive visitors at the church 1 to 1:30.  Johnson and Sons Funeral Home is assisting the family.
