My sincere condolences are with the Butler family for the passing of your love one, Ray. The passing of Ray is a devastating experience for your family and words of comfort are most difficult to express to you. However, God can express the greatest comfort of all to your family. According to Acts 24:15 states, "And I have hope toward God, which hope these men also look forward to, that there is going to be a resurrection of both the righteous and unrighteous". This is the hope for Ray. Furthermore, the Bible also addresses the pain you feel for the loss of Ray. 2Corinthians 1:3,4 offers these comforting words. "Praised be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our trials"... Therefore, pray to the God of all comfort, Jehovah, who will sustain you during this time of sorrow and sadness.
